About Us
Our History
Curated by SVF, for the Voices That Deserve to Be Heard
Empowering the Grassroots
We exist to correct an imbalance. Regional creators are underrepresented, local events are overburdened, and compliance has too often felt like intimidation rather than assistance. SVF steps in as a bridge — enabling growth without fear.
Beyond Compliance
We move past checkbox licensing and transactional enforcement. Our approach replaces “bullying” with genuine engagement. We build long-term relationships with artists and organisers, ensuring compliance is clear, fair, and collaborative — not confrontational.
Rooted in the East
As a boutique firm grounded in Eastern India, we are built for the real world. We understand local ecosystems, cultural nuance, and on-ground realities. Our solutions are practical, transparent, and designed to make compliance simple and accessible for local events and businesses.
Our Mission
Artist Incubation — The Pipeline
Artists aren’t meant to be ignored after discovery. We actively build a structured talent pipeline that helps regional musicians gain visibility, licensing opportunities, and sustainable growth — turning potential into long-term careers.
Event Empowerment — The Ecosystem
Events should grow businesses and communities, not feel threatened by legal processes. SVF reframes licensing as a support system — helping events scale responsibly while staying protected and compliant.
Why Live Local?
Cultural Authenticity
Live Local is built on deep relationships with regional artists and local music communities, helping bring culturally rooted, authentic music into mainstream commercial and creative spaces.
Creator & Artist Ecosystem
We go beyond licensing. From music discovery to legal compliance to artist incubation, Live Local builds a seamless ecosystem that connects creators, events, and brands with authentic local talent while ensuring fair monetisation and rights protection.
Future-Ready Music Infrastructure
We are redefining how music licensing works. By combining technology, curated catalogues, and simplified compliance processes, Live Local is creating a transparent, scalable, and creator-friendly licensing platform for the next generation of content and live experiences.
